DELIVERY OPTIONS

(After payment is verified, your order will be shipped out within 2-5 days via the option you have picked.)

• Normal Mail * [+SGD $3 based on your postal code & weight of item(s)]

• Smartpac [Includes tracking. +SGD $3.80 (less than 1kg) or $4.70 (less than 3kg)]

*  We are not liable for any lost of Normal Mail as it does not come with a tracking number.

 

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

• In any cases where you are not satisfied with your purchase due to the wrong shipment of orders, please snap a photo & drop us an e-mail at HELLO.SOLEMATES@GMAIL.COM

• Defected goods must be returned in the original state as received within 7 days of the date of purchase. A one-to-one exchange will then be held.

• Please note that we will not be covering postage costs of the returning the item(s).
